Twillman House Rental Opportunities
The Twillman House is available for community and private events that do not detract from the mission of the Spanish Lake Community Association (SLCA).
Use and rentals must be scheduled in advance by contacting the SLCA by telephone, electronic mail, or regular mail.

General Rules
- No Alcohol is permitted.
Exceptions may be granted for
caterers who hold a valid St. Louis
County Liquor License and provide an
adequate Certificate of Insurance
covering liquor liability and naming
the SLCA as an additional insured. - No Smoking is permitted in the
Building or Entrance areas. - Sale of merchandise is not
permitted without advance
approval. - Only Table Top Decorations are
permitted; no nails, tacks,
adhesives, etc. may be placed on
walls, floors, doors or light fixtures. - No Pets are permitted.
- Renters and other users are
responsible for cleaning areas used
and returning furniture to its
standard pre-use configuration. - Damage to building, equipment
and furnishings in the course of an
activity or event is the sole
responsibility of the Renter or user.

Rental Rates
All Rentals require a $50 refundable cleaning deposit.
All Rental Time Periods must include all Set-up and Clean-up time.
Contributing & Charter Members*
Social Activities – 4-hour Minimum
$140 for first 4 hours
$35 additional hour or fraction
Business Activities – 2-hour Minimum
$140 for first 2 hours
$70 additional hour or fraction
Non-Members of SLCA
$200 for first 4 hours
$50 additional hour or fraction
Business Activities – 2-hour Minimum
$200 for first 2 hours
$100 additional hour or fraction
Rental Payment Schedule
Applications less than 2 months in advance
FULL payment of Rental fee and Cleaning deposit due with application
Applications more than 2 months in advance:
50% of Rental fee with application; remaining 50% and Cleaning deposit due by 60 days prior to event.
